Losing weight doesn’t have to be such a HUGE process, trying all the new dieting fads, starving yourself etc..

What is important is to make sure you are maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Making large changes can give you BIG results. We do not use the word dieting because a healthy weight starts with a healthy lifestyle, so to maintain a healthy weight this involves eating from all the food groups based on your calorie intake for your gender, body size and activity level.

Knowing your body is a very important step to weight loss.

Recognizing the signs that your body is putting out, will render you incredible results.

This does not mean you need to cut out everything you love, this just means have them in MODERATION!

Treat yourself once in awhile and remember it’s not about dieting it’s about creating a healthy lifestyle…
